so tired of being sick

I'm 17 weeks and for the last 2 weeks i have had a sinus thing going on and it really is starting to get to me. I'm crying because I'm so frustrated and in pain from coughing. for the last 2 days i have thrown up when i wake up due to the flem it makes me gag and then vomit i can't handle it anymore. i have a doc apt on Monday hopefully they can fix me too cause I'm so frustrated.
