How can I help get baby to move?

I’m 18w2d and i haven’t felt baby girl kick or move around yet. I’ve read that its normal and some women don’t feel their baby until 20+ weeks. I also check babies heart beat every morning and night. Is it maybe because I was a little chubby before I got pregnant? I try to poke my belly a little bit and drink cold things, like icees (right now) but nada 😔

I HIGHLY Suggest looking into how bad that frequent of doppler use can affect the growth and development of your unborn child.
On another note, baby is moving all the time every day. you just have multiple factors against you to feel baby this early.

You may not feel anything until 20+ weeks
