Zoloft while pregnant?

Should i stay on 25mg of zoloft while I'm pregnant? Not pregnant yet but trying. My doctor says its safe and its best for me not to stress while pregnant.

I'm pregnant and on the same dosage of Zoloft. My OB & OB psychiatrist both days it's one of the safest to be on. I think you're okay!

You have to weigh out the benefit to you over the risk to the baby. I decided to go off of my medications because there was pretty clear evidence that it could cause an elevated risk. If Zoloft doesn't have the risk, then I would say it is safe to continue.
