Barely have sex

I am completely so sick of barely ever having sex. My so is 21 and claims to say that when I ask to have seen during the day he says no because he prefers it at night but then at night when I ask or try to make a move he wants to play his game and then when he feels like it trys to come onto me at 2,3,4 in the morning and I say don't touch me I'm too tired. Am I wrong? I think that is ridiculous hours of the night do sex I prefer during the day or at the latest 1am and he just won't do it
