Heavy flow

So I’ve been trying everything to help with my heavy flow, when I sleep I don’t bleed for some reason but as soon as I get up out of bed it’s like a waterfall it’s awful I usually wear tampons at night but I didn’t have any please if there is anything I can do let me know
