I’m really bad when it comes to cross contamination situations, but other than that I do not eat anything with gluten. But I am struggling with cravings lately. Like literally all I want is a spicy mcchicken or chicken tenders from jack in the box or a super quesadilla from the taco shop. I feel like I’m losing it.

I haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor but around a year ago I realized that a lot of my symptoms aligned with gluten intolerance and I gave it up completely. I have an appointment with a GI specialist on Jan. 22 because I still have stomach issues and I started to wonder if maybe gluten isn’t my issue so I had a sandwich from subway and it truly fucked me up lol. Then I started reading about gluten intolerance and pregnancy and really freaked myself out.

Life is so hard when you can’t have gluten. I’m about to go to Ralph’s right now and pick up a bunch of gluten free chicken tenders and snacks before I lose my mind thinking about fast food.
