I'm 3 Weeks late, and have had some odd discomfort in the left lower abdomen/pelvic area & back. I've had all negative test.

If it was ectopic, you’d still have a positive pregnancy test. So if it’s negative it’s probably something else causing the pain and late period.

Not sure if this helps or not. I had an Etopic pregnancy almost 4 years ago, after having the Mirena 2 years pryer to that. My Symptoms was (Positive pregnancy test, bleeding, No cramping in front, had alot of rectal pain in my behind due too etopic, bleed forever before telling doctors, my shoulder stayed very tense all the time), went to U/S there was nothing on screen they looked at me and said you've misscarried I know I didn't i was around 7-10 weeks when  U/S was, they finally did a DnC horrible feeling very painful they kept me awake with no pain meds, then to tell me we found no pregnancy pieces, then to tell me etopic pregnancy, give me the 2 abortion shot (Not a fan of)..  but one of my first signs was very tense shoulder muscle from,  the bleeding I read up on it didn't tell anyone I was scared too death.
