getting rid of lower abdominal pooch
I have the baby pooch with no baby. ironically, I can't have kids due to one ovary removed, pcos and endometriosis...yay...
anyway, I've lost 42 pounds in the last year but I still haven't been able to lose the lower pooch.
got any tips for losing it?
