I'm embarrassed over this but oK here it goes

I am almost off my period and I wear pads and I've noticed that towards the end it burns down there and when it heals it itches. I've never had any std I've been checked recently and I want to know what I can do to soothe this burning I can deal with the itching. ot feels like my vigina is on fire help me
