Woke up to some contractions they weren’t too painful but not consistent.

Now I’m having very bad pain in my vagina, I can’t even sit down it hurts so bad I wanna scream. Feels like his head is coming out of me that’s the only way I can describe it. Puts me in tears to try to sit down, so I’ve been standing

The roads are very bad with ice where I’m at and I’m not sure if it worth packing up my 2 year old and heading to the hospital. Anyone have this issue?? I’m 38+3
