Severe Bloating (tmi)

I have had severe bloating the past month and a bit. I originally thought it was a pms symptom but it has continued. I had my period from the 27th-30th of December. it was a lighter period and I usually bleed heavily for a full week. besides the bloating I have had stomach cramping, nausea (to the point of almost vomiting) plus period like cramps before and since my period. I have done 2 pregnancy tests both negative. sorry if it's long I just don't know if it would be worth going to the doctor or not? TIA
