am i wrong for that?

since last year after i lost my son ive been ttc i got pregnant last year and i had to terminate my pregnancy.. Me and my bf sister were really close at one point. what made us fall out was the fact she was lieing about being pregnant when i found out i was in a rage. how could you lie when u see me and your brother struggleing to have a child how could you smh.. so i put her out on the spot and told her i knew she was lieing. the minute i told her that she didn't like me. she said mean things like "thats why god took your kid" it hurt really bad all beacuse i told her i knew she was lieing. smh. now she is pregnant for real this time and she just laughs in my face. what did i do so wrong?
