High BBT ❓
My BBT has been high these last few days. According to one app I am suppose to start my period tomorrow, but according to another app I start in a week. I know i am NOT pregnant as I haven’t had sex in 4-5 months due to my DH being deployed (I have also gotten all my periods since he left).
Could it possibly be stress related? I feel like I have been stressing quite a bit, though I feel like it hasn’t been severe to delay a period.
