i have had menopause symtoms for over a year now and my doc wouldnt entertain the idea given my age even tho all the women in my family went through it around 36 (im 39). so to help with hot flashes and spotting shortening periods i decided to try progesterone cream. well i havent spotted this week and i have started my period heavy with few clots and finally have my usual back pain i always had with my periods 😲😲😲 ive never been so happy to be bleeding and in pain 😂😂😂. My doc is no help but i am a true believer in progesterone cream now. i should mention i havent had nightsweats for last 3 nights either. heres hoping it helps me keep hold of a sticky bean soon.
