Job issues

This might be long so hold on but I promise I'll try to make it quick. I need a job. Right now I am working part time making $800/month. I need to be making about $2,000/month because just my car alone is $550/month and my living situation is unfortunately changing so I'll need to be adding $450/month on top of the $300 I spend on food and $200 I spend on gas, dog food, phone bill and little extra things.

Anyway, so I'm not making enough but my issue is this. I am getting my real estate license. It'll take 3 months to finish the classes and then approximately 6 months of not making any money as an agent before my first sale. This is due to learning the trade and then you don't get paid for about a month after first sale. I'm so eager and anxious to become an agent, however, I need to pay bills. I don't want to get another job just to quit it, so I'd want to stay for a full year. I had another part time job that I quit after 8 months and don't want to look like I can't hold a job. I need a job fairly immediately so holding out for something that is in the trade I am looking at is unrealistic. So I'm applying for anything and everything Mom-Fri 9-5.

My problem is, what if I quit before the year and look like I'm flaky and all that? I would try to stick it out with my current job but honestly that's completely irresponsible because I'll be broke. I only have $200 left in my savings and don't get paid until Thursday and it'll only be $280.
