What is this?!?!

Out of nowhere I noticed this on my 2 month old, any ideas what it could be? I am a ftm and am paranoid about every little thing , as you could imagine this even has me petrified. Going to keep an eye on it and take her to the pediatrician within a few days.

Strange, looks like there’s a bump on the midst of the redness, could be eczema but it’s a strange place and for it to be singled out like that. Not impossible though. 
My first thought was it looked like a bruise -Almost hickey like? Sorry if that’s an inappropriate reference but you know that broken blood vessel look? 
See if any lotions help it.
