sex problems

sooo me and my boyfriend are really comfortable with each other and have had fun with oral and stuff. but we tried to have sex a couple of times and it didn’t work!! he was super nice about it but his penis literally would not go in - i don’t know whether it’s the angle or the need for lube? or is it something wrong with me? any advice would be much appreciated x
