How much spit up is normal?

First time mom here. Yesterday my 5 week old started spitting up pretty much after each feeding a pretty significant amount. Before that she rarely spit up and it was minimal. She is breastfed and I’ve been attempting to feed her in a more upright position.

My son started doing the same thing recently. He is 9 weeks old and never had many issues until about 2 weeks ago. It’s not projectile but it is a pretty good amount, pretty often. Our pediatrician said to keep an eye on it, and if it is still continuing, then to bring him in. 
Make sure your baby is still latching good, because she may be getting too much air if her latch is lazy.
