Evening primrose oil?!

Has anyone tried this to help induce labor??

Just FYI, it doesn’t induce labour, it may assist labour by softening the cervix.
You can take it orally or vaginally.
I’m trying it out, hopefully it will help with a quicker labour. Good luck!

Ive been taking it for about a week, you can take 4 a day so i insert 4 every night. It doesnt help start labor but helps to soften the cervix.

Starting taking it a week ago - orally, 3 pills a day (package instructions). Dont know if it's doing anything; I'm no longer doing cervical checkn but I like having something to do besides just waiting around!

I started it about a week and a half ago and ever since I've had a ton of cramping. Thursday my doctor said my cervix is low soft thinning and a fingertip dilated. (37.6 weeks) The next day I tried castor oil and I've had contractions since and they're  still fluctuating in time but they're getting stronger!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
