Sharp stabbing pains PLEASE HELP!!

When my SO and I have sex it feels like I am being stabbed with a knife in my lower right front side, and it sometimes travels around to my back. We were having sex the other night and all I did was cry the whole time. And then tonight I had to tell him that it felt like he was stabbing me. I want to be able to enjoy my sex time with him but it seems like the past two weeks I haven't been able to. And I am not able to have any more kids so I don't have to worry about Getting pregnant. I just want to sharp pains to go away. PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANK YOU!!!
