What can I do about this?

My ex threatened to put my nudes out and I told him that I’d report him to the police if I needed to. He then tells me that he “doesn’t make idle threats”. Then said if I reported him he would report me for having a fake id that I no longer have. Plus I never used it at bars or clubs or anything like that so if I do report him will I still get in trouble for it?

Revenge porn is a crime, and I believe he can be charged for it. If he puts your nudes out, call the cops and file a report. Also call his work, his family and anyone else you feel will not take too kindly to him displaying such despicable behavior. Take those kid gloves off!

Take screen shots and report him. Idk if they’ll do anything without proof he actually did it...but you won’t get in trouble if he tries to comeback with “but she once had a fake ID”

Officer, I put up revenge porn, but she used to have a fake ID!  That’s going to be a hard one for the cops not to laugh at.

Call the cops. You won’t get in trouble for the fake ID, they can’t even prove that you used to have one but they can prove that he’s trying to post your nudes... which is very illegal.

You can also contact google and see if you can get it removed permanently. But I agree, contact his job or his school and tell them just what kind of person he is

And I have a feeling when someone is being arrested police don’t listen much to their banter of pointing their finger back at their accuser.
If he does it do NOT be afraid to report him!
