New runner
I am now in the beginning of my second trimester and use to run in the summer as I loved running in the heat and hibernate in the winter. Now that it's summer again I would like to start running but am a little scared to now that I'm pregnant with our first as I don't want to do anything to jeopardize the pregnancy. Usually I would follow a weekly plan on building up to run a 5-15k. I have had no issues with my pregnancy so far. Any suggestions on how to go about starting to run again pregnant or should I just not until postpartum?
