Any fellow yogis??


Prior to pregnancy I usually do yoga 4 to 5 times a week. I stoped once I found out I was pregnant but my doctor said it was completely safe and to continue. I'm now back to my regular schedule. If I look online it's suggested to make a lot of different modifications while pregnant. There's just a lot of different advise and information out there and I was wondering if anyone is just continuing with their normal routine? I feel good doing it, but I don't want to cause any harm.
