3.5 months PP and pregnant?

Question

I am 3.5 months postpartum and my husband and i have been having unprotected sex since 8 weeks when we got the clear. I exclusively breastfeed and am on no birth control. I have not received my period yet but for the past 3 days I've gotten positive ovulation tests. No positive pregnancy tests yet. 
Last time I was pregnant it started with a string of positive opks.

I also been having unprotected sex since we want our babies not far apart . It’s only been 3 weeks since we have officially started trying again . & I also had pcos and had to take medicine to be pregnant so I am still waiting .
