Who is more likely to be the dad?

So my period is 3 days late which isn't normal for me. I have no symptoms of it coming either which I always do at least 4 days before. I'm testing tomorrow but I just want to know who's baby it is most likely to be if I do find out I am pregnant. I have a friend with benefits who I had unprotected sex with 3-4 days before my fertile window. Well on my most fertile day I had protected sex with my ex boyfriend. The condom for sure did not break. I assume the father would be my friend not my ex. Please no judgement. It's my sex life not yours and I already regret sleeping with my ex.
