Regulating my cycle 😞

I had a stillborn November 22,2016 I had incompetent cervix...I had a 8week 4day miscarriage July 31,2017 due to chromosomal abnormalities. Best time I get pregnant I will be given progesterone. These were my only two pregnancies. Before them my cycles were regular. After my still born I went from regular cycles to 38day cycles An now after my miscarriage in July I am all out of whack... last cycle was 57days.😔 The cycle before that I had two period in one month. An now I’m not getting positive ovulation test this month. All my blood work is normal, and I do NOT have pcos or anything wrong hormonal wise either. We want to start trying but how can I even begin to try when I don’t know when or if I’m ovulating? How do I try with such irregular cycles. I have no clue when a period should even arrive. I am beyond frustrated and tired of all of these obstacles. I just want a baby I can bring home An love An take care of. Idk what to do... how can I fix this? I just want a chance An I feel like I’m being robbed of being able to even have a chance right now. Any suggestions to fix my cycle or to help me ovulate... I do ovulation test etc. Thanks for any help An suggestions. I’m on cd 28 an all negative opk’s. This was my last one.
