Baby carrier

Help! I really want a baby carrier for my little guy especially since I somehow have to manage taking two energetic dogs on potty walks and caring for a newborn. I've tried to research wraps and stuff. I want something that's user friendly, has head and neck support and I will get my moneys worth. Any suggestions?
