Losing weight in college

I’ve gained about 30 to 40 pounds since being in college and I can no longer fit any of my cloths. When I go shopping I don’t even bother buying jeans anymore because I know I’m going to gain more weight and grow out of them so i usually by tights and call it a day.

I really want to lose weight this semester but it’s hard getting to the gym because of my obligations on and off campus, my schedule isn’t consistent so neither are my workout plans. How can I lose weight with a busy schedule? Healthy food tips are greatly appreciated.
