Pms or pregnancy symptom 🤔?

My breast are sore is it a pms symptom to have sore breast a week before period ?

Or pregnancy symptom ? Period due 1/12 and been having sore breast since 1/01

I have a 31 day cycle but I don’t know when I ovulated 🙄
