constant long contraction????

I’m due 1/9/18 and haven’t really had any signs of her coming yet. I’ve been crampy a few nights in a row but nothing too bad and it always goes away. Well I’ve been up for a while now with constant pain. It first was in my back for a few minutes now it feels like intense period cramps that won’t stop. I can’t time them because it’s constant. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s currently 1:30am and I’m bouncing on a ball to try to make it stop or let up.
