I had a child with my ex, eventually we separated. my daughter asked me how her father and I meet. We meet at a neighbor's house. at this point in time I didn't really have a home or food. I was jumping around from place to place. he was there and asked me if I wanted to grab a bit to eat and go to his job with him. Hell yes my ass was hungry so I went. He had his own place and said I could stay with him. Food and a bed, YES! eventually we hooked up and we were together for a while. we had a daughter.

she then tells me, that's not what her dad says. so I'm curious what his story is and I asked her. she then explains that he heard screaming coming from my mom's house while everyone was gone he went inside and saw me chained up in the closet. so he rescued me and we stay together........ what the hell is wrong with people? he also told her I was skin and bones because I never got feed and had to use the restroom in the closet. here I thought I watched a lot of Lifetime movies/shows. not to mention he actually goes around telling people at his church and friends this exact story. granted my childhood was horrible but nothing like this! I am also way too independent to have a knight in shining armor 😒
