Is anyone this bad??

Nadine • Pregnant via IVF ❤️
My DH and I have been TTC for over 5 years now. I'm fighting PCOS, endo, PID and insulin resistance. I started all of my tests about two years ago and finally in Nov 13 I had a lap procedure which confirmed all of my issues. To add to the fire I'm not at a healthy weight.. I have about 5kgs to lose and I was a smoker. This month I changed to another specialist to proceed with IVF. IVF for us was a last resort.. Going into the appointment I felt a little sad that it had come to this and I thought oh well, atleast we can have a baby now, who cares about money I just want a baby.. I was wrong ? the specialist cut straight to the point and said I would need my tubes removed because tey are so damaged they cause a bad enviornment for the transferred embryo and it would most Likely fail. Not only that, it would cost me $8000 for the procedure and then a further $8000 for the IVF.  If I have my tubes removed there will be no chance that I will ever fall naturally (miracles happen) and would have to depend on the LOW chance of success with IVF. So I have booked back in with my original specialist to see what she says.. In the meantime I have been started on Clomid to see what the reaction is.. My poor DH has very good sperm quality and I think my eggs are ok. I'm so lost, I just want someone to tell me what to do.
