Pregnancy Insomnia
Any natural and safe tips? I go days without getting a proper night’s sleep and it’s wearing me down. I can usually fall asleep but then I’m up within an hour or two and can’t get back into a deep sleep for the rest of the night. My doctor said Unisom or Benadryl are okay but I’d like to try out more natural remedies first. I’m 11 weeks 3 days. 😴
