I have the mirena IUD but with my first baby I cramped like 2 weeks before my period my period is supposed to start in 4 days I cramped a few weeks ago for like a week or two I've been feeling sick and back pain and cramps in my feet which I only got when I was pregnant I've been super moody and my boobs feel bigger and are sore my nipples are so sensitive I feel a bit more tired than usual I tested a week before my period an got a negative I go to the doctor in a few days and plan on testing the day I go
