blue veins on breasts???

please help!!! there's blue veins on my breasts and nipples, what does this mean? the blue veins are noticeable and they lead to my left nipple. could this be because I'm getting my period in 7 days? this is the first time I've ever noticed them and I'm worried it would be a symptom of pregnancy

I get these too. It’s just to do with the hormonal changes because of your menstrual cycle. Nothing to worry about!

Ok so I also sometimes have some blue veins on my breasts and that doesn’t bother me! BUT- I have these weird pimple-like marks on my nipples...is that normal...??? Do any of you girls have them as well?
