usually with water unless i was out and didnt have any water.

I usually drink anything to make it go down easier but if I’m in a rush to take it (or if I’m just too lazy to make some drink) then I’ll just work up a lot of spit to help swallow it.

Not on it anymore but I used to have to take it with water or juice otherwise it would stick to the back of my throat.
