Ovulation pain?

Left side pain last night and I'm in the middle of my fertile window!! Could this be ovulation pain? I had this a few months ago in the right side. And if it's ovulation, does that mean we need to have sex today?? Or is waiting till tomorrow ok? We did the BD yesterday LOL.
