Help....pregnant?!

4 weeks and 4 days ago my miscarriage was confirmed. 4 weeks and 4 days ago my hcg levels dropped to less than half and were recorded at 120. 4 weeks and 4 days later (with a extremely regular cycle length of 24 days) I'm getting this....

Is it possible I'm pregnant again?

I had positive HPTs about 2.5 weeks after my MC at 9w.  It can take even longer for the HCG to leave your system if you're further along.  Also, my cycles were always regular before my MC-always 28 days.  I didn't get my first period until 5 weeks after my MC.  My first full cycle after the MC was 35 days long.  Basically, yes it is a possibility to get pregnant right after a MC, but your body is also thrown off by everything and may just need time to recover.  I'd take another test in a few days and see if the line gets lighter or darker.

I'm thinking you're pregnant again. That's an awfully strong positive. I would call your doctor and see what they think. 4 weeks and 4 days would be long enough though, I believe

It's definitely possible. I had an early miscarriage at 4 weeks and it took 6 weeks for my levels to drop from 118 to 0. Fingers crossed that you are pregnant!

This is a fourth morning pee since 9 am. It's only 11:30 here. On April 21 my levels were 360-380. Two days later they dropped to 120. Just trying to get some information and insight.
