Help!

So I already have a son and he will be two next month, I am a military spouse, married, we both have jobs and have a nice home. We have decided to have another baby, married a year and together for four years. My spouse and I are both females and have decided to do shipping donor, so this month I was kind of floppy with my ovulation tracking and kind of confused, never had to do this. After insemination on the 20th of June, I have had slightly sore breast, hungry all the time, I'm crying for no reason and my lower back hurts, I am only 7 DPO And have right days until AF  is there any sign of pregnancy? I didn't know I was pregnant with my first until I missed my period ?
