Marriage plans
My fiance is technically still married. They've been separated for over 2 years and he says he hates her. He wants a divorce but she refuses to sign the papers. he doesn't have the money for a lawyer or a drawn out process. so my question is... Should I bother making any wedding plans or arrangements or should I wait until his divorce is finalized?
