OMG soooo nauseated 😖

Lisa • I'm 37, my OH is 41 & we have a son (12) & welcomed our baby girl on January 8th 2016.
Ok so this will be my second baby; due around Jan 2016 unless Midwife says different at my first appointment lol (4th pregnancy as I had 2 x m/c before having my son in 2004).
Everything started out as expected, missed period, weird "twinges" in pelvic area, then the bloat...all pretty standard as per with my son.
HOWEVER, since around week 5-6 I have felt SO nauseated I'm hardly able to eat anything!
I've tried ginger (tea, biscuits, supplements) and it worked for like 2 days but now I'm back to feeling like I'm going to hurl any second and so I definitely don't feel like I can eat anything.
I'm trying to stay hydrated but that's getting harder too, I'm now onto rice milk as everything else turns my stomach.
My question to all you second timers out there is this:
Is your morning/all day sickness worse this time around?
Also do you have any ideas/tips that would allow me to actually consume food without having to pretty much swallow it whole just to get it over with?
I'm just over 7 weeks along now and I have so little energy, probably partly to do with just being pregnant but also because I'm not able to eat!
Thanks in advance! 😐
