Pink spotting ?? 7 weeks 5 days

This will be my third pregnancy . First one was a miscarriage , 2nd successful and now this one which is going good :)
I went to the restroom last night and I am extremely constipated . Sat there for about 20 mins and nothing . 
Only got up because i was worried about the straining.
Then my husband and I were active 
And I had a transvaginal ultrasound 3 days ago 
When I got up this morning I had a little pink on the toilet paper.
Could this be from all of these things ?
I never had this with my son . So it’s always scary :(

This is my first pregnancy and I’ve also received some pink almost thick like discharges. I literally call my doctors for everything and they told me that it’s nothing to be worried about. It could be because the egg is now fully fertilized or some shedding of old blood and things like that. She said as long as you don’t have severe cramps or anything it’s typically normal. Cramps could show a sign of miscarriage or the baby being fertilized in the wrong spot like the Fallopian tubes. She said it’s pretty common for most women in their first trimester 😬 hope this helps a little!

I had spotting and my ob says blood vessels are very sensitive down there and sometimes they rupture. Call your doctor to be sure.
