When Did You Have Ovulation Pain?

I am currently coming to the of end of my fertile week and, 2 days ago which was CD18 and CD 17, I had pain from left and right ovaries, started on my left and then started on my right a few hours later. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this, and also knows if ovulation pain comes before, during, or after they ovulated. (no opk testing)
