Staying wet??

Don’t know how to tittle this question. My 10 week old has cute roles on his legs. But today I noticed that between his groin is red and moist. I try to make sure all his rolls stay dry. What is good to put on it?? I put A&D; cream for diaper rash on it since it has zinc. Would a baby powder be better? And if so what brand??

You want something to help dry it out, I would use corn starch. If it looks really red and rashy it might be yeast infection and that will need antibiotics

Cream isn’t going to dry it up. You want baby powder. We use Burt’s Bees because it’s talc free. It’ll dry it right up.

maybe try corn starch. a good rule of thumb is if the rash is dry use something moisturizing and if it's wet use something dry

Lotrimin! It helped us when my son had the same thing! We've been using it off and on for 6 months.

My son neck was like that really red and raw and wet. It would even bleed if you tried wiping it. He had to have a prescription because it was a yeast infection.
