Where did you buy your meds?

I've been pricing out meds for an upcoming IVF cycle and am shocked at how expensive everything is and the difference from one pharmacy to the next. I saw online in the UK everything was cheaper. In BC/Alberta the cheapest I could find was menopur $51 CAD/vial, Puregon 900 iu  $900 CAD, Orgalutran $100 CAD/injection, Estrace 2mg x 100 $67 CAD. I called CVS across the border in Washington and their quote for the Menopur was $206 USD / vial. Any bargains out there?

I didn't shop around (bought it at my clinic pharmacy in AB) partially out of laziness and partially because of concerns over storage conditions for shipping.   One thing I did do which helped save some money though is only buy a few days worth at a time.  If you do that, not only do you not have to worry about having a lot of left over meds if your cycle gets cancelled but sometimes you get lucky and a clinic nurse will offer you donated meds.

On this sight I asked the same question and someone recommended overseas fast ivf they are overseas and it's like 65% less than the states. I would confirm with the dr

Here's my clinic's price list. It's way cheaper than anywhere I've checked in the US but more expensive than the UK and definitely the Middle East where I did a cycle last year.

Our Dr. went through New Era Pharmacy, and they shipped everything to us, they were AMAZING! Highly recommend them!

If you are self pay, apply for compassionate care. Also, Freedom fertility has a “club” rate and a “contract” rate. The club is cheaper if you self pay by a lot. Contract more money because they charge your insurance. But in my case, the medications can be applied to our deductible, so we want to run them through our insurance. Ovidrel was $104 self pay but $150 contract.

I ordered from 3 different specialty pharmacies but I didn't want to go out of the states because i didn't want to have to worry about them making it in time. most US pharmacies ship overnight for free and I needed that reassurance I still spent about $10,000 on my meds

i cant really tell you wheres the cheapest but i got all my medication from freedom fertility and there prices are better from what I've heard
