Does my newborn love me?

My newborn is a week old. He cuddles up to me and all but he’s nice to everyone. He doesn’t fuss or anything when other people have him and he calms down when anyone picks him up if he’s crying. He turns to everyone for a nipple when he’s hungry. I️ don’t feel special. Will this change in time? I’m obsessed with him but I️ don’t feel like he’s obsessed with me or knows I’m Mommy.
