I’ve never been successful with dieting but I’ve never necessarily NEEDED to. After having twins, struggling with DR, and eating awfully and excessively, I need to.
I’m 15 pounds heavier than pre-pregnancy. My plan is: 1. Eating better and drinking water instead of 100 Dr. Peppers a day 2. Healing my DR with the MomBod program 3. Starting Kayla Itsines BBG program.
Does anyone have tips to actually succeed at this? I’m desperate 😭
