your waiting for a car space at a local medical facility, it's a one way system and there are limited spaces. there's a car waiting when you arrive so you stop behind it and wait, they pull into a space as someone leaves so you pull up to where they were. a car drives out so you drive round to get their empty space only for someone to drive the wrong way system and pull in before you. you sit and wait again for someone else to move and a car pulls up a few feet ahead of you (car b) someone comes out and gets in a car (car c) and you move to get the space as they leave, car b (who skipped the 4 car queue has been waiting 20 mins less than you) also makes a move, car c sees both cars and assumes car b was there first so refuses to move until you allow car b to have the space. do you wait both cars out and grab the space asap, or allow car b to have the space and wait longer? I'll add that this is a disabled bay your waiting for and neither car c or b have a visible badge. you also have an appointment in 10 mins and it's a 5/8 min walk with your disability.
