Early Round Ligament Pain?

Today I started having a dull ache pain in my lower right abdomen almost right above my right hip. I’m about 7 or 8 weeks. My first appointment is Thursday but my nurse ob line literally never answers 🙄. Could this be round ligament pain or is it to early?

is it your first ? this is my second and I'm 7 weeks and I'm definitely already having them  but my ob said everything happens super early with the second

I had the same thing! The first time was on my left side and the second time was on my right. I had my 8 week appointment today and the nurse said that it was just the uterus stretching 🤷‍♀️
