After 14 months TTC, FINALLY my husband gets it !

He said, “ I really hope you’re pregnant this month because I can see how much pain you’re in.”

That one sentence meant the world to me after over a year of feeling isolated and alone.

It’s not that he’s ever been mean or rude, but I never felt like he understood what I was going through.

He has a completely unwavering faith in the LORD and knows that God will send us a child in HIS time.

Month after month, my period has come, and I’ve been equally if not more devastated every time.

I have endometriosis and had lap surgery in May.

I remain hopeful and pray to God every day.

I will strive to rejoice in the waiting.

I will keep every one of God’s children in my prayers who are trying to conceive a child, and pray for the born and unborn babies for their health and well being.

“And she vowed a vow, and said, O Jehovah of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thy handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thy handmaid, but wilt give unto thy handmaid a man-child, then I will give him unto Jehovah all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.”
